Shipping policy

We take pride in shipping out your orders as quickly and securely as possible. Below is our detailed shipping process:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Processing time may extend during high-volume periods (such as drops, sales, or holiday season).

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days once shipped.

    • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days once shipped.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days, but customs clearance can sometimes extend this timeline. International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes charged by their country.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your package in real time until it is delivered.

  • Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or natural events. However, we will always assist in locating delayed shipments and provide support if issues arise.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the shipping carrier marks a package as “delivered,” ownership transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a secure address.
